This kit comes with four 4x15cm sheets, giving you about two months' supply of treatment depending on the size of your scar. Customize the sheets by cutting pieces into shapes and sizes that match the area you're treating.

Clean and dry scar area. Cut Scar Sheet according to the size and shape of your scar.

side of the sheet.
Apply adhesive side of sheet directly on the scar, completely covering the scar area.
Tips For Best Practice
- Each sheet is reusable for up to 2 weeks
- Replace with a new sheet depending on the condition of the scar
- Remove before bathing or showering
- Gently wash in warm water and let air dry to remove stains from the scar sheets
- If your scar is in a joint area, cover with elastic gauze to help hold in place
- Use this product once a scar or wound has been healing for at least 7 days
- You may start using immediately on older scars
- Silicone sheets should be worn 4-8 hours per day for the first few days and gradually increased up to 24 hours per day
- Use a minimum of 12 hours a day for maximum results
- The recommended course of treatment for new scars is 2 months
- For severe scars, use daily for 2-4 months
- Keep the wound clean and dry before using a scar sheet
